Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth stepped out in their finest threads on Saturday night (Jan. 26) — and made their first public appearance together as a married couple in the process.
The newlyweds — who exchanged vows in December a decade after they first met and fell in love on the set of The Last Song — attended the 2019 G'Day USA Gala in Los Angeles, where Hemsworth was honored with the Excellence in Film award.
He showed her a lot of love in his acceptance speech, and Cyrus playfully heckled her husband from their table during his remarks. She shouted from her seat that he should "keep going!" when he made sure to thank his "beautiful wife" and "sweet, sweet angel," according to E! News.
She later shared a smoldering shot of the two of them, and that she was "ready to party with the MR."
